Have you ever had the experience where you are paddling gently down the stream of life, it is easy and it is effortless? You are in the flow of life. Then suddenly the water starts to move faster, there is turbulence, each time you put your paddle in the water nothing happens – you are out of control! Your confidence crumbles and you wonder why you ever went on this adventure in the first place. You have no idea how to master these white waters, suddenly you are out of flow and self doubt has set in. Keep reading to find to find tips on how to master self doubt.
1. Create a Confidence List
Go back in time and write a list of when at first you doubted yourself and then conquered that feeling. For example, you were really nervous about doing a presentation in front of your boss and you pulled it off really well. Dig a little deeper and make some notes on what helped you get to that point of confidence. When you start recognising your past successes it will strengthen your belief in yourself and help you to achieve greater success in your future. Before you spiral into self doubt you can also draw on the methods that have helped you in the past to get back to that point of confidence.
2. Build a Fact Finding Table
Create a table with two columns. In column one you need to write down your doubtful thoughts. In the second column jot down the facts that defeat those doubtful thoughts. For example, column one – I will never get that promotion. Column 2 – I have a really good track record at the company for hard work, I have always delivered on deadlines, etc.
3. Take One Step at a Time
The best way to counter self doubt is by taking action. Start off gently, with one small action. For example, if you self doubt surrounds your creativity, start by singing in the shower or doodling on a piece of paper before you move onto the master piece. It doesn’t need to be perfect the first time so do something instead where you have fun and laugh.
4. Take the Test
Start a daily journal where you write down all the things that you did well during the day, both small and big tasks. Then write a second list with the things that didn’t go so well. You will easily start to see the trend, the good is far better than the bad. This will allow you to see yourself in a different light and grow your confidence.
5. Get the Party Started
You will know when you have doubted yourself and the outcome far exceeds your expectations, don’t just move onto the next thing. It is important to stop, celebrate your success and reward yourself. Do something fun that you really enjoy and start creating positive emotions in your mind. Then next time you are in similar situation you will remember your success and eventually the self doubt will disappear more quickly.

Glyconutrients are a new classification of phytonutrients from plants. Glyconutrients are plant saccharides which are necessary for cell-to-cell communication. They include mannose, galactose, fucose, xylose, glucose, sialic acid, N-acetylglucosamine, and N-acetylgalactosamine.
Although the body can convert glucose to the various saccharides used in cell-to-cell communication, the conversion process is complicated, requiring energy and time as well as numerous enzymes and vitamins. Rather than convert glucose for glycosylation reactions, the body actually prefers to utilize non-glucose essential sugars provided in the diet. This more direct route also avoids the expenditure of unnecessary energy and allows for more rapid production of needed glycoproteins and other glycoconjugates.
In fact, animal studies have shown that if only glucose is supplied (e.g. intravenous feeding), the liver can severely malfunction, due to a lack of the other essential glycoconjugate sugars. This indicates that the body simply cannot synthesize all the other essential sugars from glucose to the extent that they are needed.
Over the last decade, researchers have made many exciting discoveries, but few are as significant as the realization that carbohydrates aren’t just for energy. Certain sugars that we call glyconutrients or super sugars aren’t burned as fuel like glucose, but are used to communicate with and to control and protect every cell in the body. Just as computers need a code to write and translate information, your body needs a code to operate. This sugar code of biological information exists in and on every cell in your body.
The body joins these sugars to proteins making structures known as glycoproteins which are attached to the surface of every cell. They send and translate commands from one cell to another throughout your body’s 600 trillion cells. Projecting from the cell surface, they act as keys to “unlock” the required functions of the adjoining cell. If the right glycoprotein “keys” are available, the body functions smoothly as the flow of information between cells is uninterrupted. If the needed glycoproteins are not available, communication is slowed or impaired.
When you improve cell-communication, the body also starts producing stem-cells, which can develop into any tissue in the body. Research has proven that 1 week on these products will make the body produce ONE TRILLION STEM CELLS!!

Testimonial of Ceileigh McCurrach (15 years of age) at Westville Country Club.
Good evening everyone and thank you Shane for giving me the opportunity to share my story tonight.
I spent most of my life in hospital, it became like my second home. Five years ago I became very ill when I contracted a virus known as Mycoplasma Pneumonia which caused 75 % of my lungs to collapse. Even although I had a severely compromised immune system – the doctors had no choice but to put me on an extended and very strong course of antibiotics. After several weeks of fighting the mycoplasma, my immune system totally crashed and I began to suffer with severe chronic fatigue symptoms. I had a blood test and they revealed I was suffering from mycoplasma pneumonia, chlamydia pneumonia, six strains of coxsachie virus, Epstein-Barr virus and Candida. (not sure of the spellings !) I was diagnosed with full blown ME. After months of no improvement I became very depressed and had lost all hope of recovery. I remember lying in bed and thinking “what is the point of living”?
I began having monthly polygam infusions. This helped to stop the angels from fetching me before I was ready to leave. This treatment seemed to mask some of the symptoms but on blood test it was revealed that the viruses were still present and in fact having a monstrous party !
I became dependent on the infusions and treatment dates became closer together instead of further apart. It was then that my mother questioned the doctors as to what the next line of defense was and she was told there were no further options. We tried to consult with other specialists to cure the cause of the problem. After spending countless hours in doctors rooms – all the advice we got was and I quote “you are a mystery in a riddle” and you will just have to learn to live with it.
At this point I gave up and told my mom I did not want to live anymore. She physically shook me and told me we are gonna win this fight and beat the “fuglies” (anyone who does not know what this expression means will have to ask my mom as I am not allowed to swear !!) I saw something in her eyes that made me want to fight for my life and not leave her. It was at this point we heard about glyconutrients. When my mom came to me offering me a new cure and more pills and powders – my first thought was not more pills please !! Mom did not give up and began reading me stories and testimonials while I was in hospital and unable to escape, but she convinced me to give this stuff a try. We took a giant leap of faith and stopped all medications and infusions and went onto glyconutrients as well as all the supporting products that were sponsored to me by Manna Relief. Within three weeks I started noticing small improvements, within three months I was able to sleep and concentrate, within 6 months I felt as though I had a least a 70% recovery. Eighteen months later I am proud to say that I have been selected to the SA springbok karate team and have recently represented my country at the commonwealth games in Scotland. I leave in one week to go to world champs in Zurich. I am virus free and so grateful to the lady who introduced my mom to Glyconutrients. Thank you Helena – you saved my life ! Thank Wendy for getting me on the Hope Programme. Thank you to Lee and Shayne for all the support you have shown my mom and thank you mom – you are my earth angel, and I wouldn’t be standing here today if it weren’t for you. You helped me to keep faith and showed me such strength – anyone else I know would have given up.
Thank you.
